Computer rendering -part 1

For some personal reasons, I cannot put my works into this blog since Christmas, but i was still working on my project during this time. And now, i am going to share them here.

I still use Autodesk Sketchbook Designer as the main program for drawing. Firstly, we open a drawing, a side view of my car, which has been done before.

Then lower the opacity of the drawing because i am going to outline it.
Use curver-point-mode to make a outline of the car.
Well, the one of reasons i choose Autodesk Sketchbook Designer to make drawing is that i  could do anything about drawing on computer without tablet.

When we outline a done work, we could still modify it if there have been something wrong with your original drawing.

Autodesk Sketchbook Pro(It was Alias Sketchbook pro) is another program i usually use for 2D rendering. Here we use a big-size brown air brush to cover the whole car body.
And put blue as  background( This is opotional or you could do it later).
The light comes from the top, so we need to highlight some parts of the body which reflect light. Here i use white brush.( Note that, always make a new layer when you finish last step, otherwise, you will erase all of color in this layer if you want to rub off some unwanted color)

There is a tool called "ellipse". We can drawing a circle by using it directly.

Put a few lines to make a shadow.
Make it a little darker.
Then we add hubs on each wheel.

The reason i draw black on this part is the light is supposed to be not really flat as normal one we see. The rear light is a little concave.
At periphery of wheel, We put black to make the whole wheels hump.

Then again, we draw another round using "ellipse", but this time, the round is inside of tyre. And we make the top of tyre lighter by rubbing off some black color.
Some straight lines can build effect of tyre texture.

We carry on with hubs. Remember that, the light is from the top.
This is an air intake connected with another small one behind the front wheel by a long fillister.

the rest of details.
Exhaust.
We darken the lines of door.
And draw white lines beside the lines of door to crate seams of door.

Add reflected light dots.

 Add glasses.

Rear light .
Front light.
Don't forget to put LOGO on the wheel!
